To protect these gentle giant apes, the governments of all these three countries have come up with written rules and regulations on how to protect these primates while being tracked by tourists. You are required to face away or stifle your sneeze. 3. Spitting or littering while in the national parks is strictly forbidden. 4. Any human waste should be buried at least 30 centimeters in the ground. 5. No one with flu or cough is allowed to do gorilla tracking 6. Persons under the age of 15 are not allowed to do gorilla trekking 7. When photographing these creatures, no cameras with flash lights are allowed as these will spook these creatures 8. The trackers are advised not to surround the gorillas but rather to stay in close groups These creatures can only be found in Bwindi national park and Mgahinga in Uganda, Parc Des Volcanes in Rwanda and also Congo
